Exceptional Architectural, Estate, and Interior Photography


A 30 minute

 photography session. We capture 10-15 images. Property can be any size. Expert retouching included.



A 60 minute 

photography session. We capture 30 images. 

Recommended for property up to 5000 sq. ft. Expert retouching included.



A 90 minute 

photography session. We capture up to 40 images. 

Recommended for property up to 5000 sq. ft. Expert retouching included.


The Fine Print
Our Photography Packages are designed to make booking a session simple. We can fully customize a photography session to fit your needs. If you have special considerations or are working with a property that exceeds 5000 sq. ft. please contact us directly at 323-574-6964 and we can set up a blueprint to work together. Larger properties may require more images to give attention to all the property attributes. All images delivered as hi-res digital files through Dropbox or Box File Transfer. Expert retouching is always included in the package price. If schedule permits, additional time may be added to any session and is billed per hour. We accept contactless payment. No doubt about it. 2020 has been historic, full of changes, firsts and things we all never expected. As more and more businesses move online, there is no doubt that having stand out images has become more important than ever to get noticed.

Photography which showcases a property takes preparation and planning. With over 20 years of marketing experience in the travel and tourism industry, Floh Creative is guiding brands through the maze of this new paradigm. Our goal is to create stunning images that make a great first impression and introduce a customer or patron to "experience" a property. 


Coronavirus Considerations - What to Expect


In order to help provide a safe working environment for all, we are following safety practices  recommended by the CDC, State and Local Authorities. Knowing what to expect will put us all at ease and prepares us for a stress free photo session.

•  Property must be clean and photo-ready. Property will be shot as-is.

•  We recommend to turn on all lights. Open all doors, blinds and curtains.

•  We will not touch anything inside or outside of the home.

•  We will wear masks, gloves and booties at all times during the shoot.

•  One person (Agent or Owner) may be inside the home for the shoot and must wear a mask.

•  A six-foot physical distancing rule will be followed at all times.

•  If specific shot requests are required, please communicate these needs prior to the session.

•  We offer several contactless payment options and electronic invoices.  

In addition to the above, if the agent or homeowners suspect they have Coronavirus symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has exhibited symptoms, they must disclose this information. We will be unable to facilitate photo sessions for persons believed to be infected. If we arrive at the property and the above safety practices are not being followed, we will be forced to cancel the shoot and collect a $100 cancellation fee. 



Mary Ellen Schrock is the intuitive creative and photographer for Floh Creative. She began her career in NYC on Madison Avenue working in advertising as an Art Director. After spending time in Hollywood and LA's entertainment scene as a Creative Director she's now in centrally located Laguna Beach, focusing on photography to empower the marketing efforts of brands and businesses in Southern California. Mary Ellen has created award-winning images for corporations; Coca-Cola, Sony and AEG, thought leaders like Oprah Winfrey, and entertainment entities; Disney and Universal Studios.
